At Treehouse Trade School, we are creating a magic formula to help our students master the trades. The magic formula is a curriculum, where at the core, are all skills necessary to develop a thriving homestead and resilient community.

Contracting

If it's possible to be built, we can build it. We offer general contracting services to help you bring your vision to life. We offer services starting with consultation, permaculture design, ground up home construction, landscape installation, fencing and forestry. If it has anything to do with your property, we can handle it.

Permaculture Design

Permaculture is a nature mimicry design approach with a goal to reduce overall effort, improve the ecosystem and provide a surplus for you, your family, and the natural world.

Consulting

If you are creating something of your own and would like some pointers to help you along the way, we can assist with all elements of your homestead. Grading, home placement, forestry, sustainable home design, and more.

Vacation / Retreats

Visit our home base and experience a comfortable, exciting and educational small scale homestead. Choose from one or more of our locations in the upstate of South Carolina and bring your friends, family, or company to a retreat they'll never forget.

Trees & Lumber

We provide tree felling, forestry management, and lumber milling aka sawing. We can take trees from your property, turn them into products for your home, and suggest new trees to plant!

Grading, Ponds & Swales

Where water flows, life grows! We can do it all, but we love helping provide water catchment systems such as ponds and swales.

Custom Bars & Furniture

We love combining wood and metal to create custom furniture to fit your style. Just send us some ideas and we will provide a price.
